President of the national senators' bloc of La Libertad Avanza, Patricia Bullrich, celebrated this Thursday the sending of the labor reform project and highlighted the limit of 10 paid monthly hours that union delegates will have to develop union activities within their working hours.
"They will have a limit of ten paid monthly hours," Bullrich stated, who shared a panel with the CEO of Techint, Paolo Rocca. She also added that if delegates spend more than the established time on their union duties, that time will be deducted from their salary in proportion.
Participating in the closing of the Propymes seminar organized by the Techint group, the former Security Minister showed her teeth against the union delegates and reminded them that they "continue to be workers" who must fulfill the responsibilities inherent to their tasks.
"In addition, in that way, they continue to be workers, not just delegates, which is very important," she explained to the audience of entrepreneurs, as reconstructed by the Argentine News Agency.
"Lobbying": the plot coming to the CGT in Congress to stop the labor reform. The legislator emphasized that the measure aims to balance the right to union representation in the workplace with labor obligations and the actual working time.
Regarding blockades of companies, Bullrich highlighted that the labor reform sanctions these behaviors as "very serious infractions."
